His career has involved building organizations from the ground up, leading large and diverse workforces, managing complex multi-location operations, establishing new businesses and infrastructure, driving transformation and integration, and navigating organizations through periods of growth and change.
Having led both People and Operations, Madhusudan brings a perspective that goes beyond functional boundaries. He understands what it takes to shape priorities at the leadership table—and what it takes to translate them into people, processes, systems and execution on the ground.

Over the course of his career, Madhusudan has held leadership responsibilities with organizations including Network18 , Panorama Television and GECIS with mandates spanning Human Resources, Operations, business expansion and organizational transformation.
His experience includes leading diverse teams across multiple locations, establishing greenfield operations, setting up offices and operational infrastructure, building teams and systems, and managing complex multi-site operations.
He has also led organizational restructuring and integration, strengthened governance and processes, managed business continuity, and supported organizations through periods of rapid growth and significant change.
At Network18 and its regional businesses, his responsibilities extended well beyond traditional HR leadership. As Head of HR & Operations, he was involved in establishing and operating businesses across India—from setting up physical and operational infrastructure to building the people, processes and capabilities required to take new businesses live and sustain them thereafter.
This combination of people leadership and hands-on operational experience has shaped his understanding of organizations as interconnected systems—where strategy, people, processes, infrastructure, governance and execution must work together.
Leadership Philosophy
Madhusudan believes leadership is ultimately about creating clarity, building capability and enabling execution.
His approach has been shaped by years of working through real business situations—building from scratch, scaling rapidly, managing complexity, navigating uncertainty and making difficult decisions when circumstances demanded them.
He believes the role of an advisor is therefore not simply to recommend what an organization should do. It is to understand the realities of the business, challenge assumptions where necessary, help leaders make better decisions and work alongside teams to translate those decisions into action.
This brings together strategic perspective with operational pragmatism—looking at the organization as a whole rather than through the lens of any single function.
